The Technical Customer Support (m,f,d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Technical and Applicative Customer Support in our Customer Support Team .

This position is part of the Customer Support Team located in Krefeld, Germany and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • As a competent contact person, you will help our customers (laboratories, hospitals, medical practices) with the diagnosis and elimination of system malfunctions.
  • You work preferably on the phone and via remote diagnostic tools on solutions for technical and application-related questions in dialogue with our customers.
  • You will work on an extremely diverse range of issues.
  • In the event of an on-site visit to the customer's laboratory, you will contact your field service colleague and plan this service visit as well as the necessary spare parts requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • You have completed training as a technician and/or MTLA or comparable training in the natural science / technical field 3-5 year of experience.
  • You are very interested in direct customer contact and in successfully solving complex problems together with our customers in a varied working day.
  • You bring a high degree of independence with you and are used to acting on your own responsibility.
  • In this job, you can contribute your social competence paired with a customer-oriented way of thinking and acting.
  • You bring very good communication skills as well as sound PC and German/English knowledge as further prerequisites for this challenging task.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a technical service organization ideally in the health care business
